Refund & Return Policy – Pixikart

At Pixikart, we work hard to ensure that you receive high-quality, custom-made products you’ll love. Since our products are created using Print-On-Demand (POD), each item is printed specially for you after you place an order.
For this reason, we have specific refund and return guidelines outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product or size (different from what you ordered)
- The product was damaged during shipping
Note: Minor variations in color, design, or placement are normal due to the printing process and are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products ordered in the wrong size or design by the customer
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Items used, washed, or altered after delivery
3. Return Request Process
If you believe your order meets the return criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

- Order number
- Photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We may offer a replacement or a full refund (depending on the case)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
