  • This website is operated as an online store for custom-designed products fulfilled through Qikink Print-on-Demand (POD) services.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • All products are made-to-order once you place an order.
  • Product images are for representation only; actual colors, designs, and placement may slightly vary due to printing and screen display differences.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of GST (as mentioned).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card/payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are printed and shipped directly by Qikink fulfillment partners.
  • Standard shipping timelines: 5–12 business days (India only). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (courier delays, festivals, strikes, etc.).
  • Once shipped, we will provide a tracking ID to track your order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos) for us to review and resolve your issue.
  • Order cancellations are only possible if requested before printing/processing starts.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, or place false orders.
  • Any abusive, harmful, or unlawful activity will lead to immediate termination of your access to our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, are the property of pixikart or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, natural events, or technical issues are beyond our control.
